Explore the city of Tokyo on a guided city tour.

Enjoy the splendid panoramic view of the city from its Observatory deck. Proceed to Asakusa Sensoji Temple - an ancient Buddhist temple which is one of the most significant landmarks in Tokyo. Indulge in some souvenir shopping at Nakamise shopping Street. The bustling street is 250-meter-long and is occupied with colorful souvenir and other essentials shops. Visit the Imperial Palace, the primary residence of the Emperor of Japan. Like an island of respite at the heart of Tokyo, the Imperial Palace is surrounded by parks and gardens offering a getaway from the busy city. View the two bridges that form an entrance to the inner palace grounds. Visit the Tsukiji Hogan-ji. Sometimes archaically romanised as Hongwan-ji, it is a Jodo Shinshu Buddhist temple located in the Tsukiji district of Tokyo. Its architecture is a curious fusion of influences, though the elaborate stone facade most noticeably suggests the shapes and styles of traditional Indian structures. After relishing the local lunch move to the Tama Cemetery. The Tama Cemetery is filled with history and is a fantastic place for photography. The Cemetery, opened in 1923, is the largest among the eight Tokyo cemeteries and covers 1,280,237 square meters. Redwoods and trees adorn the location. Spring cherry blossoms and autumn foliage accompany the gravesites of many famous historical figures. This was the first cemetery in Japan to imitate the forest cemeteries of other countries. Visit the Tokyo Tower – the self-supported steel tower. It is a communications and observation tower in the Shiba-Koen district of Minato. At 333 meters it is the second-tallest structure in Japan. The structure is an Eiffel Tower-inspired lattice tower that is painted white and international orange to comply with air safety regulations.

The Shrine is also known for its "floating" wooden Torii gate, unique for being built over water, seemingly floating in the sea during high tide. The presence of a Torii at the entrance is usually the simplest way to identify Shinto Shrines, and a small Torii icon represents them on Japanese Maps. The A-Bomb Dome is the skeletal ruins of the former Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial Promotion Hall. It is the building closest to the hypocentre of the nuclear bomb that remained at least partially standing. It was left how it was after the bombing in memory of the casualties. This has been designated as the World Heritage site. The Children's Peace Monument is a statue dedicated to the memory of the children who died as a result of the bombing. There is a statue is of a girl with outstretched arms with a folded paper crane rising above her. The statue is based on the true story of Sadako Sasaki, a young girl who died from radiation from the bomb. Near the center of the park is a concrete, saddle-shaped monument that covers a Cenotaph holding the names of all of the people killed by the bomb. The Memorial Cenotaph was one of the first memorial monuments built on an open field on August 6, 1952. The arch shape represents a shelter for the souls of the victims.
